I've looked online for this and only came upon one site that had the complete interview like this. I believe this was released as a DJ copy from WHFS and not a commercial release. I've had this for a few years now and believe I downloaded it from a P2P site.

This was actually done on 03/19/74 and there are a few different versions of it around. The most complete version includes: Sweet China White, Sailin' Shoes, Willin' & Heartache, along with longer interview snippets. Great stuff!

The quality of this set of files is not as great as I have for select tracks like willin and heartache, but I just located what may well be the complete set. about a dozen songs and stories. If you are interest I should be able to put up on RS
